1. Look at the packaging

Look at the appearance of the packaging, the color of the box, the general fake easy to fade, the color is not correct, the real internal color of the box is deeper than the false gray and white, the texture of the box is different, and the glue part of the box will be more obvious (the glue part of the box will be glued to the next piece when the fake is generally torn); The box is thin, the blue color is not correct and easy to fade, the inside of the box is white, the corner of the box is white, easy to fade. Look at the inner packaging materials of the bearing, the genuine inner packaging seal is more orderly, and the bag is softer. The false seal is irregular, not uniform, different width and narrow, the inner packing strap is hard, and the anti-rust paint smells of kerosene and yellowing.

2, look at the bearing

Bearing finish, less than (△8) is a fake, the real model is engraved with laser not afraid of rubbing, three-dimensional sense; The fake model is fuzzy and irregular, the three-dimensional sense is not strong, and even the gray word halo remains when the laser is struck, and the word halo is wiped away. Bearing chamfer black edge, the true bearing chamfer is not very black but with gray black, and the false color is relatively dark (through acid washing up and sometimes fade); Look at the type above the bearing, the origin of the letters of the existing two kinds of electric corrosion and laser, the touch is relatively smooth, fake feel is not so good, because of the process problem, the bump is obvious. Or electrocorroded, easy to fade. The genuine bearing looks very beautiful and neat, and the fake is worse. Some fake imported bearings are marked on the seat of the plastic to make pastes. Some imported bearings have black corners, the real product is not afraid of water does not fade, the color is black in the middle, and the dyeing Angle is regular. The corners of the fake products are particularly black and irregular. Or just wipe it off.

3. Smell

In general, each brand of bearings, like each animal, will emit different smells. Mainly through the smell to identify the taste of bearing rust oil. The anti-rust oil of the genuine bearing is clear and not sticky, and smells almost no taste, while the counterfeit bearing will have the smell of gasoline or kerosene because of the iron filings produced when the gasoline is cleaned, and sometimes there will be an aromatic taste, which is mainly the aroma sprayed by the counterfeit bearing in order to cover up the smell of gasoline left by the cleaning bearing.

4. Overhand rotation

Through the rotating feel, a good bearing is smooth when it rotates, the noise is very light, and whether there is a sense of vibration and vibration, the real bearing stability is high; The control of the production process of genuine bearings is very strict, and the degree of automation is high, basically there will be no debris into the bearing interior, so the bearing works smoothly without noise and no sense, and the production conditions of most counterfeit products are poor, in the production process sometimes into the human iron filings, sand and other impurities hidden in the bearing body, there will be noise when rotating. And because there are defects on the bearing rolling body or the inner and outer walls, it will also cause noise and vibration. Then there is the weight of the bearing (general people do not understand), the same bearing model true and false bearing weight is not the same, some false bearing inner and outer walls will be thinner, or rolling will be less one, which can save steel materials; In addition, because the density of imported bearing steel will be larger, the weight will be heavier than domestic or counterfeit.

5. Look at the workmanship

It is to look at the rolling body of the bearing, the smoothness roughness of the bearing surface, and the standard degree of the bearing rolling body, and the rolling chamfer of the fake bearings, especially some relatively large bearings, will be different. Because the fake goods will be cleaned when they are changed, there will be some subtle residue inside. Then there is the dust cover to see whether the gap of the dust cover is regular.
